- ¼ tsp salt
- 3–4 tsp curd

Method of Preparation
Step 1: Cooking Chickpeas
- Soak chickpeas overnight (7–8 hours).
- Pressure cook them with ¼ tsp baking soda and 1 tsp salt for 20–30 minutes on low flame until soft.

Step 2: Preparing Chole Masala
- In a grinder, blend onions, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies into a smooth paste.
