Method of Preparation
- Firstly dry roast and grind some whole spices like bay leafs, green and black cardamom, shahi jeera, cloves, black pepper, coriander, cinnamon.

- Clean mushrooms: Clean mushrooms with salt and baking soda so that all the pesticides are removed from them. Cut them into small pieces of your choice.

- Keep the marinate for an hour of two to get that intense flavors of marination
- To a pan add finely chopped onion make barista out of it(barista means make the onions golden brown then make a paste out of it).Add the same to marinate.
- Take the oil of onions and add the marinate to it and let it cook .
- Make sure you don’t add water. Add half cup of water if you want gravy out of it.
- Lastly ,Take charcoal heat it and in a bowl add ghe to it and close the lid of pan to get that extra smoky flavor. This step is optional.
- Make Sure to add some fresh cream if you want nice creamy texture.
