🍳 Method of Preparation
Making the Divine Rice Kheer
Heat milk in a heavy‑bottomed pan.
Add soaked rice and simmer on low heat. Stir occasionally.
When milk thickens and rice softens (≈30‑40 min), add sugar/jaggery.
Mix in cardamom powder and saffron‑infused milk.
Stir in chopped dry fruits. Cook 5 more minutes till creamy.
Remove from heat; let it cool for Naivedya and then chill for later serving.
Preparing Soft Crispy Puris
In a bowl, mix flour, semolina, salt, ajwain, ghee and warm water. Knead into firm dough.
Rest dough for 10 minutes.
Roll small balls, roll into 2-inch discs gently.
Heat oil; deep fry each puri until puffed and golden. Drain on paper towel.
Keep puris warm and crispy.
